Between 5AM and 10:58AM ET, some customer notifications and dispatcher notifications did not get delivered for jobs that were created manually by service providers. In addition, some outbound Inbox messages from Dispatchers to Customers may not have been sent. This issue has been resolved. If outbound Inbox messages during this time do not show a confirmation of delivery method, we recommend resending.
