Resolved - Users should be able to upload photos/images as expected. This appears to have impacted a very small number of end-users.

Identified - We've picked up on an issue specifically around uploading/adding photos or files where they are substantially large compared to the majority of files. Actively, our engineers are debugging the problem to restore file uploading to normal.

Investigating - A few minutes ago we began experiencing an issue affecting the ability to upload and view photos along with capturing customer signatures on billing documents. As we work through the issue, we'll provide an update within the next 30 minutes.

Resolved - All services have been restored to their normal operation. This includes uploading & viewing photos, capturing customer signatures, and sending of Estimates & Invoices across both mobile & web applications.
