We want to make you aware that on Saturday, Oct 26th at 11:00 PM EST, there will be scheduled down time for approximately 4 hours. We will be using this time for performing upgrades to our cloud infrastructure. This will provide increased performance and stability improvements for our product.
During this maintenance window, the Dispatch Platform will be inaccessible. All operations will resume immediately after the maintenance window. We are performing this upgrade overnight so as to minimize any disruption but please plan as necessary on your end.
